Evidence in. Review first. Audit trail kept.

Students, institutions and authorities can report a possible error. A correction is never accepted because someone paid for it.

01

What to include

Share the exact page, field, current value, proposed value and strongest available evidence. Screenshots alone may not be enough when an official URL exists.

02

Evidence review

The review checks entity identity, academic year or cycle, source authority and whether the evidence actually supports the proposed change.

03

Conflict handling

Conflicting sources do not automatically produce an average. The fact may be marked needs review, remain unpublished or show the conflict context.

04

Decision

A correction is accepted or rejected with a reason. High-impact updates may require an additional approval step.

05

History

Material changes retain the old value, new value, source, reviewer, timestamp and related import or correction record.

06

Independence

No institution or commercial partner can buy a correction, remove a substantiated fact or obtain a ranking advantage.
