Data we may collect
Depending on the feature, this can include identity and contact details, education status, marks, exam results, category, domicile, preferences, budget, shortlists and counselling progress.
CampusKosh is designed for students, including people who may be minors. Personal data collection should stay conservative and purpose-bound.

Registration should not demand every possible field. CampusKosh asks for profile information when it materially improves the current tool or saved workflow.
Counselling contact, marketing and notifications are separate choices. Product access should not quietly convert into unrelated promotional consent.
Personal information is protected with server-side authorization, validation, restricted admin access and audit logging. Passwords must never be stored in plain text.
Users control available alert channels and preferences. Notifications should support real deadlines or saved decisions, not spam.
CampusKosh retains personal information only as needed for the requested service, operational records and legal obligations. Account and deletion workflows will expose clear request paths.
